Their work includes improving the user interface for both the Shocker Assistant and Wichita Assistant, adding features such as FAQ sections to enhance usability, and building robust admin dashboards to support internal workflows.

They are also responsible for developing secure and efficient login and sign-up systems, while integrating Power BI into the backend to provide real-time analytics and performance tracking.
